- What is the conflict? Cultural hurdles are keeping many Emirati women out of the workforce or limiting their choice of careers, despite the great progress being made
- What is the basis/ the cause of the problem? The woman could not successfully combine work and home life
3. What is/ are the cultural View(s) (I/G; H/S;
P/F) behind the conflict? I think that now it is better for women to work because
they can help her family and develop her country on the other hand, some people
say women should sit in the home.
4. What is the best solution to the problem? It is balanced
in the home life and work life، If it wants a woman
to work, it must operate in line with nature
